※ With regard to the reservation until December 31, 2017, only if you make a reservation on January 1 to December 31, 2018, we accept your reservations at before revision of charges.

● Reservation
Upon your tentative reservation, we will send an email confirming it to you.
Your reservation is finalized when we receive your return email.
If we do not receive your return email within 3 days of your reservation, we would like to ask that your reservation will be cancelled.

We accept your reservation request up to 3 days prior to your visit to us.
It is recommended that you make a reservation in plenty of time especially during on-seasons such as spring and fall.
You will be contacted by us about reconfirmation of your reservation within 3 days of your visit to us.
Please let us know the date of your arrival in Japan if you wish to make a reservation for the days fairly ahead.

● Restaurant Hours
Please make sure of our open hours at Japan time or at Greenwich Mean Time + 9 hours.

We provide a variety of rooms in size for your convenience.
Please note that at times we may not be able to accommodate a room which you wish to use.

You may experience traffic congestion during on-seasons such as spring and fall, and festivals, other events as well.
For this reason it is recommended that you use public transportation for access.
