Ukai

Ukai (cormorant fishing) is a traditional Japanese fishing method that uses trained cormorants to catch sweetfish. It takes place every summer on the Ooi River in front of our restaurant. If you would like to see ukai, just let us know when you make your reservation. You can enjoy the thrilling sight of cormorant fishing while feasting on sweetfish hot off the grill. Come and be cooled by river breezes while you experience this special summer event. We look forward to serving you.
