HANA-Kitcho is proud to feature works of art by renowned artists on each floor, with handmade washi paper, clay walls, and moss gardens. Choose to dine at a spacious counter or in one of several private rooms, each with its own atmosphere. We are happy to adjust the content and presentation of the meal in accordance with diners' preferences, or to reflect special occasions such as anniversaries.

The price per person for a full course of authentic Japanese cuisine begins at 6,000 yen for lunch ( plus tax and service charge ) and 12,000 yen for dinner ( plus tax and service charge ). In addition, we alone among the Kyoto Kitcho restaurants offer a wide range of à la carte menu items, including seasonal soups, assorted tempura, domburi ( hot rice with various toppings ), hot pot, and more. We also carry a wide assortment of sake and wine.
All visitors to Kyoto are welcome, whether to enjoy a leisurely full-course meal or to sample delicious Japanese cuisine in a more informal way.
