| Reciept Goma Dofu 1. Goma(Sesami) in water for a day.2. Grind it until they turn into paste.
 3. Mix Kuzu(powdered arrowroot) and goma paste.
 4. Pour it in a pan and add Japanese sake, and cook it on high heat 
              and stir it.
 5. Pour it into a can and take the heat from it.

 Yuba
 Next food is Yuba (soy milk skin). Yuba is made from soybeans. 
              The recipe is very similar to the process of making “Tofu,” 
              a representative food that is made from soybeans. Here is the recipe 
              for making Yuba: 1. Soak soybeans in water for a night.2. With pouring water, mash and boil it.
 3. Filtrate the boiled beans through a cloth (the extract is called 
              “Tonyu (soy milk)”)
 4. Pour Tonyu in a pan and heat it up. Then, Yuba (a thin skin) 
              is produced on the surface.

 Hijiki 1. Soak dried Hijiki in water 60minutes.2. Prepare Aburaage(fried tofu) and Konnyaku(devil's tongue).
 3. Fly up chicken and add spicy savor.
 4. Put all the ingredients and dashi(soup) together into a pan and 
              over gentle heat for 20minutes.
